Public Tender No. (1) for the Year 2025 Issued by the Yemen Tax Authority – Aden
The Yemen Tax Authority announces its intention to launch Public Tender No. (1) for the year 2025 for the printing and supply of One Billion Two Hundred Million (1,200,000,000) Banderol stamps for locally produced cigarettes. This project will be financed 100% from government funds.
Individuals, as well as local and foreign companies wishing to participate in this tender, should submit their written applications during official working hours to the following address:

Tender documents can be purchased and collected for a non-refundable fee of (300,000) Three Hundred Thousand Yemeni Rials or the equivalent.
Deadline for selling documents: Monday, 29/09/2025
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax, addressed to the Tax Yemen Authority, and must clearly state the name of the (Tax Authority), the project title, the Tender Number, and the Bidder’s name. The envelope must include:
1. An unconditional bank guarantee for the amount of (15,000,000) Fifteen Million Yemeni Rials, or a certified payable cheque, valid for 150 days from the date of envelope opening.
2. A copy of a valid Specification and Registration Form.
3. A copy of the Sale Certificate and valid Tax Card.
4. A copy of the Insurance Card and valid Zakat Card.
5. A copy of the Profession License.
Foreign companies are exempt from submitting the above documents and certificates but are encouraged to submit equivalent official documents endorsed by the competent authorities in their home countries. If a foreign company is awarded the tender and the contract is signed, all applicable legal provisions and regulations will be enforced.
Deadline for receiving bids and opening envelopes: Sunday, 5/10/2025 at 10:00 a.m. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected and returned unopened.
Envelopes will be opened at the Tax Authority Head Office, in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives, who must present an official Power of Attorney.
Interested parties may review the Tender Documents prior to purchase during official working hours over a period of 39 days starting from the date of this announcement’s publication.
