Today in the capital, Amman, Jordan, the workshop on restructuring the Yemen Tax Authority concluded. The workshop began on February 24 and lasted for five intensive days, conducted by experts from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

The workshop shared numerous global ideas and experiences in this field. Attending on behalf of the Yemen Tax Authority were Dr. Jamal Sarour, Head of the Authority; Advisor to the Minister of Finance, Awad Humran; Deputy Minister of Finance for Revenue Sector, Naji Jaber; Assistant Deputy Minister for Planning, Mr. Fouad Al-Haj; Deputy Minister for Technical Affairs, Mr. Fawzi Al-Omari; Mahyoub Ali Ahmed, Director of Legal Affairs; and Taha Ghleis, General Director of Revenue at the Ministry of Finance.
